About The Position
Ripley Entertainment is seeking energetic and engaging Haunted Castle Investigation Tour Guides to join their team in St. Augustine, Florida. As a Tour Guide, you will lead guests through a paranormal experience, sharing stories, history, and mystery while creating an unforgettable guest experience.
Requirements
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and personable individuals.
- Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with guests.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings and nights.
Nice To Haves
- Passion for history, storytelling, theater, or paranormal topics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Haunted Castle Investigation tours lasting approximately one hour.
- Engage and entertain guests with ghost stories, historical information, and interactive experiences.
- Speak confidently in front of groups of varying sizes.
- Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.
- Help create a memorable evening experience for visitors.
