About The Position

Continental Properties is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless total rewards experience for our team members—supporting benefits, compensation, and payroll processes with accuracy, care, and a high level of service. You will report to the Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations. We are embracing a hybrid working environment and you can work a combination of in the office and remote. #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with hands on exposure to benefits administration and compensation support; payroll experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of benefit plan administration, compliance requirements (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA), and compensation program support, and familiarity with multi-state payroll concepts and processes.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills, and a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change with multiple deadlines and priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with payroll processes or vendor oversight preferred.
  • Experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day benefits administration, including life events, leave coordination, and team member education
  • Coordinate and manage open enrollment from planning through post‑enrollment audits, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Support compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, merit and market adjustments, and variable compensation tracking
  • Own or support bi‑weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall total rewards experience
