The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the design, administration, and communication of the company's compensation and benefits programs. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership in the areas of compensation, benefits, recognition, and other total rewards initiatives. The Total Rewards Supervisor will ensure that the company's reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals, driving employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention. This position is hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
