Partner with stakeholders to design and evolve Compensation and Benefits programs that reflect People-First culture, balance competitiveness, cost stewardship, and equity and support business growth. Deliver clear, data-driven insights on pay and benefits trends to guide decision-making, ensure compliance, and uphold integrity and accountability for performance in all Total Rewards practices. Equip leaders with tools and knowledge to make fair, consistent pay decisions; communicate Total Rewards programs in a way that builds understanding, trust, and respect. Simplify processes, enhance technology and analytics, and champion initiatives that support our team members and strengthen Antunes as an employer of choice.
