We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Total Rewards Manager to join a collaborative and passionate HR team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting the organization's business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in benefits and compensation strategies, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. This individual should thrive in a lean, hands-on environment, bring strong subject matter expertise, and possess the curiosity and ownership to propose and deliver impactful solutions. This is a hybrid role. Salary range for this hybrid position is $110,000 - $130,000 dependent upon experience. Candidates must be located in Colorado.
