Kolbe Windows & Doors is currently seeking a Total Rewards & Benefits Coordinator who works across a number of functional areas within the Human Resources Department including benefits, engagement, compliance, and onboarding. This position works with team members at all locations to ensure that benefits and programs are competitive, fiscally responsible, and successfully executed.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Three or more years of professional experience in Human Resources and benefits administration, preferably self-funded
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with HRIS, preferably ADP.
  • A proactive mindset that drives you to continually seek novel ways to evolve our benefits offerings and align them with team member needs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, but also as a team player.
  • Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive team member relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary resource to all Kolbe team members by timely responding to questions and inquiries regarding Kolbe benefits.
  • Assist in the administration, coordination, and compliance of all benefit plans that are offered to team members.
  • Document, audit, and request required documentation for eligibility or needed updates as required by established policies and procedures.
  • Processes benefit enrollments and status changes.
  • Responsible for 401(k) monitoring, reporting and administration to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain all COBRA continuation forms along with collecting premiums and keeping track of eligibility and term dates.
  • Responsible for providing new team members with benefits training as needed.
  • Support the recruiting of non-exempt office team members; collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely EEO-1 reporting.
  • Work closely with the Human Resources Department on additional project work.
  • Coordinate onsite informational sessions for team members with benefit partners.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that drive improved program outcomes and enhance the team member experience.
  • Assist with planning and conducting wellness and on-site clinic engagement events and generating key metrics.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to educate team members about Kolbe programs and benefits.
  • Review regularly and recommend enhancements to benefits to maintain competitiveness and team member satisfaction.
  • Using ADP, develop and execute surveys to measure team member satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assist in delivering comprehensive team member orientation and onboarding for new office team members.
