The role reports to the Director of Total Rewards and will be part of 8 people team who manage different aspects of Total Rewards for ROCKWOOL. The Total Rewards Administrator supports the administration of payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and provides operational support across payroll processing, benefits administration, and system maintenance. The position will work within a multi-system environment, utilizing Workday (HCM) and supporting the organization’s transition from Dayforce to ADP for payroll and benefits.
