About The Position

We're currently seeking a Total Rewards Administrator to join our Headquarters team! The Total Rewards Administrator is responsible for ensuring Mister's total rewards processes, reports, compliance documentation and base data is well maintained. This individual is responsible for the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as our 401(k), Stock Administration and Compensation plans. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and creative with a positive approach to project management, problem solving, exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and committed to working with a winning team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., human resources, employee benefits administration, or payroll).
  • Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Data analysis skillset to pull and analyze data, review invoices, and assess trends across functions to identify areas of opportunity

Nice To Haves

  • Dayforce experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all health and welfare benefits enrollment and administrative processes
  • Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, enrollments, status changes, and other general questions.
  • Process invoicing, accruals, and healthcare reporting.
  • 401(k) administration including plan documentation, compliance, and auditing.
  • Respond to 401(k) and Deferred Compensation plan inquiries from managers and employees regarding enrollments, plan changes, and contribution amounts.
  • Maintain accurate records in Equity Edge Online and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide timely and courteous support to employees regarding equity related inquiries
  • Support ESPP administration including contribution files, changes and open enrollment assistance.
  • Prepare reports for compliance, leadership requests and year end reporting.
  • Support stock administration with grant processing and communications.
