About The Position

The Pratt & Whitney Columbus Forge Module Center is looking for a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing a TPM team of skilled traders and following the MCoE TPM engagement standard work. Supervise a team that will Identify, categorize and regularly review equipment; supervise team to schedule and maintain a cleaning schedule for equipment. Implement TPM/CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) standards and baseline current state of Equipment. Lead implementation of the TPM Process and ensure standard work deliverables with a future state analysis; guide team in best practice sharing and standardization of 6S and TPM projects. Create and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on new CORE processes and ensure training for personnel. Document benefits realized / Lessons Learned (Uptime, OEE, on time Delivery, Yield Improvements, ECT.) Complete and Maintain the TPM Engagement Charter. Support other Reliability engineering projects with functional specification development and resource coordination to meet schedule and cost needs. Ensure appropriate CORE tools are utilized (RCCA, Autonomous Maintenance, and PM optimization). Produce and drive technical writing processes to support the data collection to support and justify the team achievements with Forecasting and Planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance or related environment OR a Master's degree and 7 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance or related environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Proficiency with Lean tools and processes
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
