The Pratt & Whitney Columbus Forge Module Center is looking for a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager. You will be responsible for managing a TPM team of skilled traders and following the MCoE TPM engagement standard work. You will supervise a team that will identify, categorize and regularly review equipment; supervise the team to schedule and maintain a cleaning schedule for equipment. You will implement TPM/CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) standards and baseline the current state of Equipment. You will lead the implementation of the TPM Process and ensure standard work deliverables with a future state analysis; guide the team in best practice sharing and standardization of 6S and TPM projects. You will create and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on new CORE processes and ensure training for personnel. You will document benefits realized / Lessons Learned (Uptime, OEE, on time Delivery, Yield Improvements, ECT.) and complete and maintain the TPM Engagement Charter. You will support other Reliability engineering projects with functional specification development and resource coordination to meet schedule and cost needs. You will ensure appropriate CORE tools are utilized (RCCA, Autonomous Maintenance, and PM optimization) and produce and drive technical writing processes to support data collection to justify team achievements with Forecasting and Planning.
