About The Position
Eden Prairie Schools is seeking exceptional TOSA - Talent Development Programming Specialist candidates for Grades 9-12 for the 2026-2027 school year at Eden Prairie High School. The strongest candidate will inspire each student to learn continuously, demonstrate intrinsic value, have individual gifts and talents, contribute to the benefit of the community, build relationships on mutual trust and respect, and desire to learn and grow through personalized learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field required
- Minnesota Teacher License in Grade 9-12 required
- Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience with gifted & talented students

- Advanced degree preferred
- School Guidance Counselor License preferred

Benefits
- Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $53,023 and MA: $64,910; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE)
