Requirements

Proven experience in food production, preferably in bakery or tortilla manufacturing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

additional food safety certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise daily tortilla production operations to meet quality and efficiency standards
Lead and motivate production team members, providing training and support
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations
Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency
Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators
Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly
