The Tortilla Molinero is responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. The individual will prepare, package, and merchandise fresh product on a daily basis while maintaining company core values. - Valid Food Handlers Card

Responsibilities
- Proven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance
- Dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers. Demonstrates care and compassion for people; shows empathy and concern. Able to build and maintain positive team relationships, relates well to diverse people; is approachable
- Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety
- Operates Tortilla processor/machinery
- Count, bag, and label tortilla batches
- Maintain a fully-stocked shelf/display table of items
- All other duties as assigned
- Demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence. Engages with customers always
- Improves speed and efficiency of service provided
