Job Summary: B&A is looking for a Release Train Engineer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) facilitates Agile Release Train (ART) processes, ensuring coordinated delivery across teams supporting enterprise COTS applications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field/major
OR Two (2) additional years of IT experience without a degree.
Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
At least one (1) year as an RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications.
Experience facilitating PI Planning and key Agile/SAFe ceremonies
Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams
Strong skills in identifying and removing impediments to team progress
Experience driving continuous improvement within an Agile Release Train
Knowledge and application of Agile and SAFe principles
Ability to align ART execution with business and mission strategy
Experience supporting enterprise COTS applications in an Agile environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams
Active Secret Clearance
Must hold and an ACTIVE ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.

Nice To Haves

ITIL v3 certification.
SAFe Release Train Engineer certification.
