About The Position
As a Toolstore Controller, you will be responsible for the availability and supply of tool-store requirements for our customer site located across Western Australia, with the possibility of working offshore as required. This is a permanent full time role based in Perth with remote shutdown work as required which will involve working away from home for extended periods (travel, accommodation and meals will be provided).
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Familiarisation with Take 5’s and JSEA’s
- Drivers Licence & Forklift License
- Good verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills, time management & organisational skills
Nice To Haves
- Trade Qualifications welcome but not essential
Responsibilities
- Manage, source and plan tooling and consumables to meet customer demands
- Provide quality customer service and experience
- Assist with opportunities to maximise equipment utilisation
- Ensure tooling & equipment is in good working order ready for hire
- Manage the dispatch and retrieval of tooling and equipment
- Conduct stock takes and record inventory data electronically, report as required.
