About The Position

This position is responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment, troubleshooting and repairing production machinery and tools, and fabricating, modifying, and repairing tooling and fixtures. The role involves collaborating with production and engineering teams to enhance processes and efficiency. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and reading technical drawings
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Technical degree or certification preferred
• MANUAL LATHE EXPERIENCE A ++++
• USING 4 CHUCKS EXPERIENCE A ++++

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including manual lathes, grinders, and milling machines
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and tools
• Perform scheduled maintenance on machinery and tools
• Fabricate, modify, and repair tooling and fixtures
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Other duties as needed or required
