Requirements

Working knowledge of ISO 9000/QS 9000 and SQF
Minimum 5 yrs experience in injection molding
Experience related to quality testing, inspection, & measuring of plastic parts
Ability to properly start/shut down injection molding machines and support equipment including robots
Ability to accurately follow both written & verbal directions

Responsibilities

Inspection & cleaning of all molds
Assist Toolmakers with internal repairs & mold evaluations
Inspection of molds after external repair/test runs
Maintain mold boxes and skids
Assisting with crating/uncrating tolls & components
Update mold maintenance databases
Prepare written reports when required
Participate in department projects as needed
Personal Safety and following all Safety Rules
Housekeeping and other duties as assigned
