Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of machining experience required.
• Mechanically inclined, production oriented and safety and quality conscious.
• General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
• Detail oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance using measuring devices and drawings.

Nice To Haves

• tool & die experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tooling and inserts for dies and equipment.
• Assess damaged tooling and make repairs as needed.
• Read blueprints.
• Sharpen dies.
• Work with surface-grinding equipment.
• Oversee the preventative maintenance schedule for all tooling and dies.
