About The Position

Superior Sales & Service is seeking a dependable and motivated Tool Runner to support our Deer Park, TX shop operations. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently, with a structured weekly travel routine. This is not just a delivery job, as it involves driving, customer relationships, and route-based sales.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience pulling and backing a trailer
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel; QuickBooks a plus)
Frequent lifting, bending, and physical activity, able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
Extended periods driving
Indoor and outdoor work environments

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Safely operate a truck and trailer to deliver and pick up tools along assigned routes
Support the Deer Park shop by ensuring timely movement of tools between customers and repair operations
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth
Ensure tools are properly secured and handled during transport
Maintain accurate delivery records and schedules
Follow a flexible schedule aligned with customer and railroad operations
Travel up to ~70% (overnight travel during the week required; home on weekends)
