As a Tool Equipment Install Technician, you will be a vital individual contributor within Intel's Project Execution Team, supporting the construction and commissioning of cutting-edge wafer fabrication facilities. This is a hands-on, technically demanding role that sits at the intersection of engineering, construction, and semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities

Blueprint Reading: Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure all structures and systems are built to specification and design intent.
Mathematical Proficiency: Perform accurate measurements and calculations to minimize errors, reduce rework, and maintain project quality standards.
Tool Handling: Safely and efficiently operate a wide range of tools, machinery, and equipment in compliance with site safety protocols.
Material Knowledge: Identify and select appropriate materials based on their properties to ensure durability, compliance, and suitability for specific tasks.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve unexpected on-site challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including planning, execution, and progress monitoring across installation phases.
Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
Lean Principles: Apply lean methodologies to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure safe operations from construction through commissioning.
Safety Leadership: Build and actively promote a Culture of Care across all work environments — from office settings to active construction sites — throughout every phase of the project lifecycle.
