Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to think outside the box for solutions.
- Operating Manual and computer-controlled (CNC) machines (Lathes/Mills/Surface-Blanchard Grinders to achieve precise dimensions.
- Inspecting machined parts and tools using Precision Metrology instruments to ensure they meet specifications.
- Identifying issues with existing tools and developing solutions for modification or improvement.
- Ability to work with all areas in the manufacturing process

Responsibilities
- Tool Maker i.e., dies, jigs, fixtures and gauges from raw stock and purchased items.
- Diagnosing faults and repair damaged tooling. Performing regrinding of DMLS and Lapping plates.
- Work with maintenance to minimize downtime of machine repairs.
- Operating Manual and computer-controlled (CNC) machines (Lathes/Mills/Surface-Blanchard Grinders to achieve precise dimensions.
- Inspecting machined parts and tools using Precision Metrology instruments to ensure they meet specifications.
- Identifying issues with existing tools and developing solutions for modification or improvement.
- Ability to work with all areas in the manufacturing process
