Receive $750 after 90 days and $750 after 180 days for staying and growing with our team. Shift: 3rd (10:45pm–7:15am) Our 3rd shift Tool & Die Makers keep the plant running smoothly overnight. If you like independence, solving complex tooling issues, and staying hands on with precision machining, this is your shift.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years Tool & Die experience
Experience with stamping dies (progressive/transfer preferred)
Strong blueprint reading & die design interpretation
Manual machining + CNC proficiency
Ability to make independent tooling decisions
2+ years of Wire EDM machining experience in a manufacturing or tool & die environment
Experience with precision machining and tight tolerances
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T

Nice To Haves

SolidWorks/CAD
CNC programming
Tool & Die apprenticeship
Familiarity with CAM programming or EDM machine controls is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead die troubleshooting and repair during overnight production
Maintain, inspect, and rebuild stamping dies and tooling
Perform surface grinding, manual machining, CNC work, and EDM operations
Fit, adjust, and align die components to tight tolerances
Conduct test runs to validate die performance
Document all PMs and repair activities
Partner with production to keep presses running efficiently
Set up and operate Wire EDM machines to cut precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
Program or edit programs using machine controls or CAM software as needed
