About The Position

Weiss-Aug is a leading provider of advanced manufacturing and engineering solutions with advanced facilities across the U.S. and Mexico for over 50 years. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Tool & Die Apprentice to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to our customers worldwide. Our Apprenticeship Program provides a structured pathway to mastering tool and die making, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, high-precision industry. You will train directly on the shop floor, learn from experienced journeymen, complete classroom and/or online coursework, and gain exposure to multiple areas of manufacturing. As you grow, you may have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as Tooling, Product Development, Molding, Stamping, and Quality.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• 2 year’s previous work experience
• Mechanical aptitude a plus!

Responsibilities

• Train directly on the shop floor
