About The Position

The Crib Attendant looks after maintenance inventory, part ordering, submits material requests, contacts suppliers, quests quotes, PM software and work order system.

Requirements

• Successful completion of OSSD or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is an asset
• 1-3 years of computer experience specifically Microsoft Excel
• 1-3 years of CMMS Software experience is an asset
• 1-3 years of administrative experience is an asset
• Good hand-eye coordination and flexibility
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization
• Ability to multitask
• Must have or be willing to attain a driver’s license
• Must be willing to attend lock out tag out, dry ice, and shop tool training
• Punctuality and attendance are key

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory crib area with Kanban, 5S and maintaining
• Able to assist maintenance department with daily tasks.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all safety guidelines by keeping work area clean and wearing protective clothing
• Ability to consistently lift 25lbs, and occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Comfortable working in small areas
• Able to operate hand tools (drills, screwdrivers etc.)
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Good organizational skills
