About The Position

US Tool Group is an industrial products and services supplier serving aerospace, defense, power generation, fluid control, and transportation markets. The Tool Crib Attendant helps maintain the success of the customer program by managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, assembling tool kits, and replenishing automated vending machines. The role requires accurate inventory transactions, careful attention to customer requirements and instructions, and communication of unusual inventory findings to Site Leadership. The position is located at Gulfstream Savannah in Savannah, Georgia, and is listed as a day shift. The work involves information subject to ITAR and/or EAR export-control regulations. Non-U.S. persons selected for the position must meet eligibility requirements for access to export-restricted information.

Familiarity with data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Strong knowledge of Windows-based computer operating systems and software.

Ability to work independently and stay focused to complete assigned work.
Kitting experience.
Willingness and personality suited to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and ensure the success of the program.
Use system functions to locate available inventory.
Fill customer orders based on department scheduling.
Build tool kits based on customer requirements.
Fill automated vending machines.
Process each daily transaction from crib inventory to machine inventory correctly.
Report unusual inventory findings to Site Leadership.
