About The Position
Premier Pan Company is seeking a Tool and Die Maker to work at its Crescent Township, Pennsylvania location. The role involves troubleshooting, assembling, sharpening, and maintaining sheet metal shearing, forming, and bending dies, while working closely with Engineering and Production. Premier Pan is a stable, growing, family-owned manufacturer of commercial and retail baking pans.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of tool and die experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and apply information from blueprints and other technical manuals.
- Skill in using various measuring devices.
- Experience with manual milling machines.
- Experience with surface grinders.
- Experience with a manual lathe.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot sheet metal shearing, forming, and bending dies.
- Assemble sheet metal shearing, forming, and bending dies.
- Sharpen and maintain sheet metal shearing, forming, and bending dies.
- Work closely with Engineering and Production.
