About The Position
Orlick Industries is an automotive parts supplier producing aluminum components for many varieties of vehicles, with Honda being our largest customer. The Die Service & Repair individual is responsible for the manufacturing & repair of Die Cast & Trim tooling, machine components, jigs, and fixtures.
Requirements
- Trade Certification in a Metal Cutting Trade (Machinist, Mold, or Tool & Die Maker).
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Nice To Haves
- Tig Welding experience considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, service and repair Injection Molds, Stamping Dies and components.
- Read and interpret prints, drawings, and written instructions for the purpose of repairing high-pressure injection molds, punches, jigs, and fixtures.
- Safely utilize all hand and power tools necessary to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist and train other Tool Shop personnel as directed.
