About The Position
Responsible for modifying and maintaining extrusion tooling and manufactured parts according to VEKA’s standards. Rotating or off shifts are required.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of tooling technology.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities through excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Accountability, assertiveness, dependability, a team-oriented mindset, and responsiveness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience as a machinist or familiarity with tool and die processes.
Nice To Haves
- Technical certification.
Responsibilities
- Make and/or modify extrusion tooling to print.
- Machine and polish extrusion tooling.
- Assemble dies and calibration.
- Perform layout and inspection of completed work.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
