About The Position
The To Go Specialist/Cashier will share menu knowledge with guests to ensure they have a great experience whether dining at home or in their office. This role requires punctuality, supporting fellow team members, and completing side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food. All team members will receive training on their role and the brand through an online training program.
Requirements
- Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
- English language and professional communications skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Capable of handling multiple priorities; working calmly under pressure and exercising good judgment
- Ability to utilize tablets, point of sale equipment and telephones with a high degree of detail and accuracy
- Must maintain a friendly famous attitude regardless of how busy the position may get
Nice To Haves
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous server or restaurant experience preferred
