About The Position
Primrose School of Stafford at Embrey Mill is seeking an experienced Toddler/Twos Teacher for children ages 16–36 months. The teacher will lead a calm, responsive, developmentally rich classroom, supporting toddlers’ independence and development while providing warm, consistent care. This founding-team role contributes to establishing the school’s culture and standards. The position delivers Primrose’s Balanced Learning® curriculum and emphasizes children’s safety, family partnership, and an exceptional experience for children, families, and the community.
Requirements
- Experience in Toddler/Twos development; four or more years is strongly preferred.
- Patience and attentiveness to children’s subtle cues.
- Ability to remain calm and emotionally regulated in repetitive, high-needs conditions.
- Skill in building trust with families, especially first-time parents.
- Willingness to help establish and uphold high standards as a founding team member.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential considered.
