About The Position

Magical Beginnings is urgently hiring an EEC Certified Toddler Teacher in Carver, MA. This full-time position, up to 40 hours per week, is for educators who love working with the 15 months to 3 years age group. The role involves creating a safe, loving, and inspiring environment for young children, focusing on their smiles, milestones, and achievements.

Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required
• Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional
• Passion for early childhood education and strong classroom management skills for active toddlers

Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting
• Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations
