Requirements

A genuine passion for working with young children.
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Someone who is dependable, nurturing, and eager to learn.
Ability and willingness to change diapers and meet the daily care needs of toddlers.

Nice To Haves

Previous early childhood education experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates who are ready to learn!

Responsibilities

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel loved and supported.
Encourage exploration, curiosity, language development, and growing independence.
Implement our research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum using prepared lesson plans and classroom resources.
Support children's social-emotional development as they learn to communicate, share, and navigate big feelings.
Build positive relationships with families through communication and partnership.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
Work collaboratively with your teaching team to support each child's individual needs.
Provide attentive care, including diaper changes and assistance with daily routines.
