Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum six months of professional experience working with young children in a licensed childcare, preschool, or educational setting.
Ability to meet all state licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
One year of professional childcare or teaching experience.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
Implement engaging lesson plans and activities that support physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Encourage curiosity, exploration, and independence through play-based learning.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences.
Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with state licensing requirements.
