About The Position

At The Breakie Bunch, our toddler teachers are experts in turning chaos into learning, redirecting big feelings into positive growth, and celebrating independence. The role involves managing a classroom, building routines, and keeping activities fun and engaging. This position requires patience, flexibility, professionalism, and a strong team-player attitude. While toddlers can be challenging, they also bring daily laughter and joy.

Requirements

• Ability to laugh and have fun while getting the job done well.
• Minimum of a CDA (Associate’s in Early Childhood preferred).
• CPR & First Aid Certified (company will provide if needed).
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (company will provide if needed).
• Love for teaching and strong commitment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a toddler classroom.
• Build routines and keep activities fun and engaging.
• Plan, organize, and implement program activities.
• Teach life skills such as sharing, cleaning up, and using words.
• Help toddlers navigate big emotions.
• Engage in dance parties and structured learning.
• Provide high-fives, hugs, and constant movement.
