About The Position

If you’ve ever tried to reason with a toddler… you already know this job requires skill, patience, and a really good sense of humor. At The Breakie Bunch, our toddler teachers are experts in turning chaos into learning, redirecting big feelings into positive growth, and celebrating independence (even when it slows everything down). Your day might include dance parties and structured learning, teaching life skills like sharing, cleaning up, and using words, helping toddlers navigate BIG emotions, answering “why?” on repeat, and high-fives, hugs, and constant movement. We need a strong leader who can run a classroom, build routines, and still keep things fun and engaging.

Requirements

• Patience that deserves an award
• Ability to lead a classroom while staying flexible
• Ability to keep things professional—but never boring
• Support your team and jump in when needed
• Ability to laugh and have fun while getting the job done well
• Minimum of a CDA (Associate’s in Early Childhood preferred)
• CPR & First Aid Certified (we’ll provide if needed)
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed)
• Love for teaching and strong commitment
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities
• Strong communication skills
• Team player mindset

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s in Early Childhood preferred
