About The Position
The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a caring and energetic Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social-emotional growth. This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences where toddlers learn through hands-on exploration, structured routines, and positive relationships with caring educators.
Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
Nice To Haves
- Previous toddler classroom experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Support language development, social skills, and early problem-solving abilities
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Guide children through meals, transitions, and daily routines
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements and center policies
