Toddler Teacher - Full Time
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced toddler educator who is passionate about teaching and wants to work in a supportive environment that offers structure, professionalism, and opportunities for growth. Our school is designed to provide stability and consistency for young children, with classrooms grouped by narrow age ranges and the same roster of teachers and students throughout the year. We offer a dedicated Education Coach, a carefully paired co-teacher, and a Faculty Support Teacher to assist with breaks and planning time. Our classrooms are fully stocked with all necessary materials, and we utilize a proprietary Balanced Learning Curriculum developed by early education experts. We believe our faculty are an investment and are committed to fostering professional development and creating better lives for our teachers.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the Balanced Learning Curriculum for a toddler classroom.
- Create a stable and consistent learning environment for children within a narrow age range (3-4 months).
- Collaborate with a co-teacher to deliver high-quality instruction.
- Partner with families to support child development.
- Maintain open communication and a collaborative approach with colleagues and leadership.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Ensure a physically safe classroom environment.
- Manage classroom activities to maximize teaching time.
