Requirements
- Experience working with toddlers (ages 2–3) in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- A genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education
- Patient, nurturing, and attentive personality
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- Ability to create and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and structured classroom
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, caring, and safe learning environment
- Support social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Plan and lead engaging activities including circle time, sensory play, and creative arts
- Maintain daily communication with families
- Ensure proper supervision and follow all health and safety guidelines
