About The Position

The Toyota Financial Services Technology Operations Center is looking for a passionate and highly motivated TOC Engineer. Reporting to the National Manager of the TOC, the person in this role will play a key role in the governance, care and feeding, and uplifting of our Configuration Management Database. You will work with multiple stakeholders and Engineering teams in maintaining an accurate and reliable CMDB that supports our technology needs.

Requirements

• ServiceNow or IT operations experience
• Basic knowledge of ITAM, ITOM, or CMDB concepts
• Exposure to scripting or ServiceNow configuration
• Strong focus on data accuracy and detail

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to HAM/SAM Pro or Discovery
• ServiceNow CSA or working toward certification
• Familiarity with ITIL basics or asset management
• Experience supporting audits or reporting

Responsibilities

• Support ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB operations
• Assist with asset lifecycle + HAM/SAM Pro maintenance
• Help maintain Discovery, CMDB, and data quality
• Build basic workflows, scripts, and automations
• Support governance, reporting, and audit readiness
