Tobacco Inventory Validator
About The Position
The Tobacco Inventory Validator is responsible for accurately processing delivery orders and assisting the shipping supervisor in completing daily orders for delivery. This role aims to eliminate or reduce out-of-stock products in the warehouse that were not picked by the puller. The position requires accurate scanning and pulling of all ordered items, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stock, added, and missing items, and maintaining pick pack reports. The validator will also be responsible for scanning items if they do not match the received order, printing received orders for the puller, performing spot counts, and verifying the accuracy of tobacco products. Staying updated on promotions and special offers, maintaining accurate transaction records, and handling price changes in special circumstances are also key duties. This role involves coordinating with floor employees and packers for out-of-stock products and may require assisting in other areas such as packing, counting product, and clean-up.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process Delivery orders and help shipping supervisor to complete daily orders to be delivered.

- Ensures accurate scanning and pulling of all items being ordered.
- Reduces out of stocks of items in the warehouse but not picked.
- Communicate with customers for out of stock, add and missing items.
- Check orders and maintain pick pack report.
- Provides answers to add and missing item-related queries.
- Scan items if not matched with the order received.
- Print orders received and provide to puller.
- Spot count and verifies accuracy of tobacco products.
- Stays up to date on all promotions and special offers.
- Maintains accurate records of transactions.
- Price changes of certain items in special circumstances.
- Coordinate with Floor employees and packer for out of stock products.
- May be required to assist in other areas such as Packing, counting product and clean-up.
