About The Position

Oregano's is hiring friendly and efficient individuals to join its fast-paced to-go team. In this role, you will manage sales transactions, promote special offers, prepare carry-out orders, answer questions in person and over the phone, and enhance guest satisfaction. The position involves balancing dine-in and takeout orders while delivering accurate, timely service and working collaboratively with the kitchen team. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Quick-service restaurant cashiering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage sales transactions and operate the point of sale (POS) system.
Answer phones and respond to questions in person and over the phone.
Balance dine-in and takeout orders.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Prepare carry-out orders and promote special offers.
