About The Position
We are looking for a To-Go Specialist committed to showing our guests the best of who we are, whether dining in or taking our great food to-go. This isn’t your boring ordinary pick-up window – this is WINGO!
Requirements
- Prior to-go or host/cashier experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Takes and packages to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and takes payments from guests
- Sells merchandise including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings
- Assists with menu selection and makes recommendations when necessary
- Addresses guests' concerns or issues, escalating to management as needed
- Ensures the to-go and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift
- All other duties as assigned
