About The Position
Metro Diner is seeking friendly individuals to join their family as To Go / Host / Hostesses. This role focuses on guest seating, greeting, and reservation duties, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, full-service casual dining environment. Established in 1992, Metro Diner is a growing family-owned eatery with over 60 locations, known for its warm service, large portions, and diner food. Requirements
- Prior Host / Hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong greeting and guest-relations abilities; friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and front-of-house operations
- Familiarity with serving basics and hospitality standards
- Ability to multitask
