About The Position

Nestled in the stunning North Georgia mountains, Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is more than a place to work—it’s a destination. Our resort features luxury accommodations, award-winning dining, championship golf, horseback riding, a full-service spa, and activities for guests throughout the year. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Part-Time Host/Hostess to join our hospitality team and help create memorable experiences from the moment guests walk through the door.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• A positive, dependable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Passionate about providing great customer service

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet every guest
• Seat guests and help manage restaurant flow
• Manage reservations and answer phones with a professional, friendly attitude
• Assist with POS and cashiering
• Keep the host stand and dining area clean and organized
• Help with table resets and bussing when needed
• Work closely with the restaurant team to provide exceptional service
• Create such a great experience that guests can’t wait to come back!
