About The Position

As a Sales Leader Action Line with Hilton Grand Vacations, you will be responsible for assisting the sales management team in closing sales to qualified guests. You will generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. You will promote and support the branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture. Additionally, you will assist with supervision and lead all aspects of the sales line by mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Maintaining a professional and personal image that upholds HGV's standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers is essential.

Requirements

  • Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to acquire a Real Estate License within the first 45 days of employment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
  • 2+ years of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
  • Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
  • Active Real Estate License.
