A Sales Leader Action Line with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for supporting the sales management team in finalizing sales with qualified guests. This role involves generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. The TO Action Line Manager is expected to encourage and uphold the branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture, and assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results. Maintaining a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers is also a key responsibility.
