About The Position

The Sales Manager II generates maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted Volume Per Guest. This position assists with the supervision of the In House and Action Line through coaching, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. This Manager is the lead on any and all customer service issues that require experienced and speedy resolution.
