About The Position

The Coil Builder is responsible for building coils according to blueprints to supply the next manufacturing process. This role involves inspecting coil quality, cutting and flaring copper tubes, and ensuring the overall quality of the coil for subsequent manufacturing steps.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Blueprint reading skills
• The ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Inspect the quality of the coil by checking hairpins, fins, overall aesthetics of the coil, and cleaning any excess oil.
• Cut copper tubes and flare the ends in preparation for circuiting using return bends.
• Circuit the coil according to the blueprint.
• Ensure the quality of the coil for the next process.
