About The Position
Coil Circuiting is responsible for circuiting the coil per the blueprint.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Work independently
- Blueprint reading skills
- The ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Inspect the quality of the coil by checking hairpins, fins, overall aesthetics of the coil, and cleaning an excess oil
- Cut copper tubes and flare the ends in prep for circuiting using return bends
- Circuit coil per the blueprint
- Ensure quality of the coil for the next process
