About The Position

The TMS Technician will administer relevant treatment to patients, operate and calibrate TMS equipment, and ensure patient comfort and safety during treatment sessions. This role involves monitoring patient responses, adjusting treatment parameters, assisting with appointment scheduling, and ensuring proper paperwork completion. The position may also include limited invasive procedures within the scope of education and training, and other duties approved by the supervisor. The technician will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing equipment, as well as stocking supplies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • One or more years of health care experience preferred
  • Knowledge of standard office practices, procedures and techniques
  • Knowledge of insurance requirements, provider referrals, and prior authorizations
  • Ability to operate a computer and various software packages
  • Ability to operate a variety of office equipment
  • Ability to create, organize and keep records
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Appropriate spelling, vocabulary, math and grammar skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record
  • Ability to provide effective and responsive service to clinic patients in the office setting

Responsibilities
